Japan Ink - Small Batch Historic Ink


Reissue of The First Batch (#01-10/26/2015) features a century old recipe for Japan Ink. Typically mistaken for a Sumi Type Ink, Japan Ink was an Iron Gall Recipe produced in the late 1800's. This ink flows excellently from the nib and goes on dark black. Able to produce fine hairlines and thick, dark shades.
